- You work in sales and take over the deputy role of the branch manager
- You support the branch manager in personnel planning/shift planning (2-shift operation) and conduct employee interviews
- You stock and maintain the assortment, as well as check the inventory. In addition, together with the kitchen, you are responsible for offer planning and help design the seasonal menu
- You kindly and helpfully take care of our regular and new customers regarding our assortment as a bakery & confectionery and as a café
- You provide comprehensive advice on the ingredients and possible allergens of the products
- You participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve products and services
Your profile
- You have completed training and professional experience in gastronomy and sales
- You already have initial experience in a similar role
- You have pronounced administrative skills
- You communicate openly and directly and ensure the flow of information within the team
