To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:
HR Specialist (m/f/d), 80-100%
Your varied tasks
- Responsibility for an assigned area throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Application management and support in the recruitment process including organization and conducting of interviews
- Optimization and further development of our HR processes as well as promotion of digital realignment
- Administrative support of the HR processes of our branch offices
- Consulting and supporting our line managers in all personnel-related matters – solution-oriented, cooperative and with foresight
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education in the HR field
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
- Organized, independent and structured way of working
- Empathetic, discreet and confident appearance
- Team player, enjoys exchange in a team of three
