Job Description
Digital transformation of companies today involves modernising ERPs and optimising business processes. This position is aimed at an experienced ERP Product Owner, capable of bridging the gap between business teams and IT teams to manage the evolution of ERP solutions in complex environments, particularly in Luxury and Retail.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As an ERP Product Owner (M/F), you support our clients in defining, managing and evolving their ERP products to meet digital transformation challenges.
- Define and carry the product vision as well as the ERP solutions roadmap in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise user needs to maximise business value.
- Write and maintain the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Lead business workshops, challenge functional needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with development, integration and architecture teams to ensure proper delivery of features.
- Manage the different phases of ERP projects: scoping, design, testing, deployment and user support.
- Ensure the functional quality of solutions and their adoption by business teams.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the value delivered by the product.
- Participate in continuous improvement of products and processes by applying Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
Graduated from an engineering school, business school or university, ideally specialised in IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 3 years of experience and also possess the following skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or ERP Project Manager.
- Good knowledge of business processes (Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, Production or Retail).
- Experience with one or more ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, etc.).
- Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories and prioritising needs.
- Good understanding of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- A professional level of English is appreciated.
