We rely on working and project groups and are specifically expanding specialist responsibilities. For this, we are looking for committed individuals who want to join us on this path, contribute their ideas, and actively help shape the future of Spitex.
Health Specialist in Night Shift, Outpatient & Inpatient
For this newly created position, we are seeking a dedicated Health Specialist EFZ with experience in long-term care and/or Spitex.
In the inpatient night shift, you professionally care for and support our residents, ensuring safety and well-being. In the outpatient night shift, you are reachable by phone for emergencies and coordinate further care in collaboration with the Spitex team.

- You are a Health Specialist EFZ and ideally have experience in long-term care or Spitex.
- You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented.
- You remain calm and act thoughtfully even in challenging situations.
- You value collaboration and communication across different areas.
