To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a committed individual as an HR Business Partner for the Aarau location as maternity cover from agreement until June 2027.
Your tasks
- You act as an advisory and supportive competent contact person for managers in all personnel, labour law, disciplinary and organisational matters as well as all HR processes
- You recruit new employees in close cooperation with line managers and are responsible for the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to hiring decision
- You accompany and advise employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle
- You are responsible for absence management and conduct support discussions in close cooperation with managers
- You support the development and optimisation of HR processes
Your profile
- Solid HR training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma as well as a commercial vocational qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR processes
- High advisory competence and very good communication skills
- Very good MS Office user skills, IT affinity and flawless German language skills
- Negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proactive, independent, resilient and flexible personality with high social and advisory competence
- Networked thinking as well as pronounced quality and sense of responsibility
