About the job
For the further development of our rail infrastructure, Harald is looking for a person with technical understanding, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in asset and data management. In this key role, you will take responsibility for the advancement of our rail infrastructure and create the foundation for well-informed decisions throughout the entire lifecycle of our assets.
What to expect
- Responsibility for data management as well as ensuring data quality, data inventory, and data availability in the asset management of rail and bus infrastructure
- Strategic support of the rail power, signalling, and low-voltage systems (BSN) as asset owner, as well as assistance with demanding technical issues
- Management of medium to large development projects in asset and maintenance management from planning to successful implementation
- Further development of processes, standards, and organisational issues in asset and maintenance management in close collaboration with various specialist departments
- Definition, monitoring, and further development of LCC and RAMS key figures, as well as the establishment of suitable monitoring and tracking mechanisms to ensure a sustainable infrastructure strategy
What you bring
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of experience in asset management, infrastructure management, or technical project management, ideally in the field of transport infrastructures
- Strong affinity for data management, data quality, key figure control, as well as digital systems and data models
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to clearly present complex technical and organisational contexts
- Independent, structured working style as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration and strategic issues
