Here you belong
by- taking responsibility for the respective Shift (store opening or closing, allocation of activities within the team, determining breaks)
- providing professional leadership for baristas during your Shift
- being responsible for various administrative tasks such as issuing orders or checking incoming deliveries
- taking responsibility for correct cash accounting
- offering high-quality drinks and products to all customers while adhering to all recipe, presentation, health, safety and cleanliness standards
- offering legendary service to all customers and establishing a connection with them from their first encounter
- greeting our customers with clear and pleasant communication and responding to their customer needs
- ensuring a clean and organised workplace and store
- being able to work flexibly and ready to take on many different tasks in the store during each work shift
- helping to train new partners, positively recognising their successes and offering empowering coaching

when you- have already worked in hospitality and have already taken responsibility for teams during your Shift
