About the job

You work in two adjacent decentralised apartments with 2 and 7
adults with developmental and multiple disabilities respectively, as part of a team of
6 people. We look forward to receiving your application as:

Social Pedagogue / Care Specialist
at 60 – 80%
immediate start or by arrangement

Tasks you will undertake:
You accompany people with developmental and multiple disabilities in daily life, with
household activities, limited nursing tasks, and participation in
social life. The concept of functional health provides the basis for this. You
are part of a 6-person team and work with external specialist agencies and relatives
collaboratively.

What you bring:

• completed training as Social Pedagogue / FABE / HEP / AGS / FAGE Psychiatry
• appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence
• supportive, clear communication
• a team-oriented and independent working style
• willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts, including night duty
