- Manage and coordinate complete Buchhaltung in Abacus.
- Record and reconcile all business transactions, including Bank and Kasse.
- Prepare Monats-, Quartals-, and Jahresabschlüssen efficiently.
Skills
- Commercial training with further education in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.
- Proficient in Abacus and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical affinity, accuracy, and discretion.

Financial Accounting
- Responsibility and coordination of the entire accounting in Abacus
- Posting and reconciliation of all business transactions (creditors, debtors, bank, cash)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Value-added tax returns
Process Design & Interfaces:
- Contact person for auditors, banks, and authorities
- Optimization and further development of internal financial processes
- Coordination of the accounting team
What you bring
- Commercial basic training with further education as an accounting clerk and/or specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in gastronomy or hospitality, solid knowledge of accounting law (OR)
- Confident handling of Abacus and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High affinity for numbers, accuracy, and discretion
- Very good German and good English skills
