What is my role?

• You competently support and advise our demanding commercial and agricultural clients on all financing matters

• You make independent credit decisions for operational, investment and mortgage financing

• You qualitatively develop existing customer relationships and identify new business potential

• You actively acquire new customers and expand the business volume

• You provide your clients with comprehensive advice on investment, pension and tax matters, working closely with our internal specialists

• You take responsibility for professional risk management in your client portfolio

• You represent the bank at client events and regional functions and maintain an active network in the region

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training with further education in banking or fiduciary services (e.g. HF/FH)

• Several years of successful professional experience in client advisory, ideally in lending

• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as enthusiasm for active sales

• Convincing communication skills and confident, professional demeanour

• Sound market knowledge in the Lucerne area as well as willingness to actively network and build your own relationship network

• High initiative and commitment as well as a structured, independent working style
