Job Description

• Conducting in-process and outgoing goods inspections, as well as quality checks and evaluation of non-conformity reports (NKM, NMR).
• Initiating, supporting, and documenting measures and improvements related to quality reports and tolerance exceedances.
• Participating in internal quality training, audits, and the further development of quality assurance.
• Ensuring customer quality requirements and compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental protection regulations.
• Operational collaboration and conducting shift handovers, as well as reporting on the quality situation during staff shortages and within the framework of line briefings.

• Experience with improvement methods such as Six Sigma, relevant quality tools, and statistical software tools like Minitab.
• Completed (technical) apprenticeship or training and several years of experience in a technical work environment.
• Training or further education as a quality inspector (to be trained).
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as solid SAP knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
