Your future field of responsibility

to take over the technical, economic, and personnel management of our technical department
to bear responsibility for maintenance, upkeep, and repair of technical systems
to control the deployment planning of operating resources such as machines, tools, and transport equipment
to ensure compliance with safety standards and standard processes
to ensure the fulfilment of guest requests and the elimination of any work disruptions
to bear responsibility for a team of employees and support their further training and development
to conduct internal communication on behalf of your department

Your profile

You bring several years of operational experience in the hotel and technical sector
You have a completed technical degree, e.g. in supply, electrical, or building services engineering, or an electrical or HVAC training
You have initial experience in cost management, budget planning, and forecasting
Your experience in work planning, staff management, and quality assurance distinguishes you
Contractual and negotiation-secure communication as well as very good MS Office skills are part of your profile
Your independence, reliability, and organisational skills complete your overall profile
