Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC milling machines

  
  

• Manufacturing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications

  
  

• Programming and adjusting CNC programmes

  
  

• Monitoring the production process and ensuring product quality

  
  

• Carrying out dimensional and quality checks of the manufactured workpieces

  
  

• Maintenance and care of machines and tools used

  
  

• Optimising milling processes to improve efficiency and quality

  
  

• Documenting production and manufacturing data

  
  

Requirements

• Completed training in metalworking, e.g. as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification

  
  

• Experience with CNC milling machines is an advantage

  
  

• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings

  
  

• Accuracy and quality awareness

  
  

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

  
  

• Independent and structured working style

  
  

• Teamwork skills and reliability

  
  

• Willingness to work shifts
