As a Circular Economy & Sustainability Specialist (m/f/d), you actively shape this development. You contribute your expertise to exciting projects, develop new approaches around closed material cycles, and support us in effectively and practically advancing sustainability.
- Development and implementation of projects to promote closed material cycles and advanced R-strategies
- Technical support for the field sales team in acquiring and advising customer projects in the area of circular economy
- Monitoring and assessing relevant political and regulatory developments in Switzerland and the EU
- Participation and representation in national and international expert committees and associations
- Contributing to the further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy
- Preparation and further development of environmental, sustainability, and circular economy-related data bases
- Assisting in the preparation of the sustainability report
- Creation and continuous development of our life cycle assessment in collaboration with external partners
- Writing specialist articles and participating in conferences and relevant industry events
- University degree or comparable higher education in the field of environment, sustainability, circular economy, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in consulting and/or project management, ideally in the environmental, recycling, or circular economy sector
- Sound knowledge in the field of circular economy and corresponding R-strategies
- Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) is an advantage
- Interest in political and regulatory developments and the ability to assess their practical impact
- High willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments at various locations
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong conceptual and organisational skills as well as editorial proficiency
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, and confident appearance
- Ability to grasp complex technical and scientific developments and translate them into practical solutions
