Your Tasks
- Professional nursing and compassionate care of patients or residents - always oriented towards the nursing process and the individual needs of each person.
- Confident execution of medical-technical procedures within your area of competence to ensure the best possible care.
- Support with daily activities and targeted promotion of independence to enhance quality of life.
- Careful and professional nursing documentation as well as reliable handovers within the interprofessional team for seamless care.
- Committed participation in high-quality nursing and a respectful, appreciative team atmosphere.
- Diverse deployment opportunities depending on the place of assignment - whether in long-term care, home care, rehabilitation, or acute care.
Our Requirements
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or as a qualified nursing professional HF / FH / DNII / AKP - a solid foundation for professional nursing.
- Several years of professional experience in the respective field is advantageous and supports you in performing your tasks confidently and competently.
- You are willing to actively participate in shift work (early, late, and night shifts, depending on the assignment).
- Your flexibility, reliability, and independent working style distinguish you and make you a valuable support in the team.
- Good German language skills enable clear communication with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
- A driving licence is advantageous and opens up additional deployment opportunities.
