Project Manager - Dial Specialist (M/F)

Main Missions

Under the responsibility of the Development Management, the mission is to oversee the entire lifecycle of new products, from the design phase to industrialisation. For operational responsiveness reasons, it is imperative to reside within a maximum distance of 40 minutes from Neuchâtel city centre.

• Project management: Analysis of customer needs, drafting of specifications and ensuring industrial feasibility.

• Cross-functional coordination: Facilitating internal stakeholders (Quality, Methods, Production, Logistics) and direct interface with external clients.

• Technical follow-up: Supervision of manufacturing files (plans, tooling, control ranges) and strict adherence to delivery milestones.

• Optimisation: Identification of critical risks, implementation of corrective actions and active contribution to continuous process improvement.

Profile sought

• Education: Higher technical diploma (HES Engineer, ET Technician or equivalent).

• Essential experience: A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in the dial field is required to ensure mastery of the aesthetic and technical constraints specific to this component.

• Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of watchmaking manufacturing processes and mastery of project management tools (such as Strategic, M-Files, Power BI).

• Soft Skills: Cross-functional leadership, operational rigour and strong analytical ability.
