Your tasks as Sous Chef

• Operational management & responsibility of the kitchen and organizational leadership of the kitchen staff
• Ensuring a smooth process in daily operations (mise en place, service, production)
• Representing the head chef in their absence
• Responsibility for quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
• Compliance with and control of all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Training, guidance, and support of the kitchen team
• Ordering, checking, and proper storage of goods
• Cost awareness: support with goods usage, portioning, and efficiency
• Active participation in daily business
