Occupational Benefits Claims Manager (m/f/d)

What Awaits You

In this role, you will work within the Benefits team of Occupational Benefits in Nyon, which is responsible for managing benefits related to the 2nd pillar for our clients (pension funds, collective foundations and common funds).

What You Can Achieve With Us

Your main task is to assess, process and coordinate 2nd pillar benefit cases.

You are also responsible for handling client requests (by phone/written) in collaboration with various stakeholders (daily allowance insurance, doctors, employers, disability insurance, accident insurers).

Thanks to your open and solution-oriented personality, you contribute to strengthening our "Dear Mobilière" image by putting the client at the centre of your concerns.

What You Bring

• Commercial apprenticeship (Federal Diploma as a specialist in social insurance is an advantage)
• Several years of experience in social insurance or occupational benefits
• Curiosity and interest in occupational benefits and social insurance topics
• Dynamic, autonomous personality with a strong team spirit
• Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
