IT Support Specialist Microsoft (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
On-site support for customers, IT managers, and end users
Handling of faults, enquiries, and change requests
Support of workstations, applications, and infrastructure
Independent daily planning in a hybrid working model
Collaboration with systems engineers on complex issues
Qualifications:
IT specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in an IT service environment
Sound knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, Citrix, and networks
Very good German and good English skills
