Your future field of responsibility

Training in check-in and check-out as well as warm hospitality for our international and national guests according to LQA standards
Room allocation, departure control, cash management, invoicing and other exciting tasks
General tasks in the area of guest relations and answering incoming telephone calls
Acceptance and professional handling of guest enquiries
Acceptance of table reservations for our PURO Restaurant and our MP's Bistro & Bar
Working with our reservation system Opera Cloud
Close cooperation with the reservations department
Compliance with hygiene, fire protection and safety regulations

Your profile

You are currently attending a recognised Swiss hotel management school or are looking for a university internship
A sense of team spirit is a matter of course for you
You like to take responsibility and are resilient, even when it gets hectic
You have great flexibility and commitment
You have good language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
You are eager and pioneering to be part of a unique project
