Your Contribution
- You align nursing quality and the individual needs of our patients
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure structured, professionally sound care
- You accompany and support nursing apprentices and HF students in their learning process
- You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team
What distinguishes you
- Degree as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience in an acute hospital or rehabilitation
- An open, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- High social competence, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills as well as confident IT user skills
