Strategic Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You develop purchasing strategies for technical components and services to optimally manage procurement.
You conduct negotiations with suppliers at national and international levels to secure the best conditions.
You optimise costs by selectively choosing and evaluating suppliers.
You improve processes in the supply chain, working closely with the engineering team to achieve efficiency gains.
You carry out market analyses to identify new procurement sources and trends early.
You manage relationships with suppliers and ensure their continuous improvement.
You work closely with the development department to ensure material availability and drive projects forward efficiently.
You prepare reports and monitor purchasing metrics, using SAP for controlling.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical basic education and are therefore well acquainted with technical processes.
You have successfully completed further training in business administration, such as Technical Salesperson, Dipl. Business Economist HF.
You have several years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in engineering or mechanical engineering.
Sound SAP knowledge in the MM module helps you work efficiently and optimise the purchasing process.
Analytical thinking and a good sense of market developments support you in making strategically sound decisions.
An independent, structured way of working and high initiative characterise you and ensure that you act proactively and goal-oriented.
Team spirit and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams complete your profile and make you a valuable part of the team.
Negotiation skills and communication strength, both in German and English.
