What is my role?

• You lead and develop a hybrid sales team of up to ten employees - consisting of experienced field sales consultants and new remote sales advisors.

• You actively shape the development of the remote sales channel in the East region - from recruitment and setting up digital structures to leading the team in day-to-day operations.

• Together with your team, you successfully implement sales targets and ensure professional and high-quality customer advice.

• You develop and coordinate both personal and digital sales strategies and market activities and ensure their successful implementation.

• Through accompanying visits, regular feedback, and analysis of sales conversations, you promote the quality, development, and performance of your team.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial basic education and have further trained in sales or business administration.

• You bring several years of leadership experience in sales and can demonstrate concrete successes - ideally in the health insurance industry.

• Digital sales channels such as telesales, online consulting, and CRM systems are familiar to you. At the same time, you are open to new technologies and innovative ways of working.

• You enjoy developing and promoting employees. Even in a hybrid working environment, you keep the common goals and results in focus.
