Tasks
- Carrying out assembly work for carpentry from own and external production
- Planning and coordinating assembly activities according to the instructions of the site management
- Independently carrying out service and repair orders
- Guiding and supporting apprentices directly on the construction site
- Checking assembly materials and reporting reorders early
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter with a Federal VET Diploma
- Willingness to undertake further training to become a foreman with a federal certificate or already possessing this qualification
- Motivation for professional development aiming at site foreman and leadership responsibility
- Experience in conversion and renovation is an advantage
- Working style characterised by independence, care, and efficiency
