Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical files (operating procedures, method sheets) for tenders
• Phasing study and yield analysis
• Development of Gantt charts or “railway” schedules
• Study of variants and search for technical solutions for projects in the study phase
• Design and sizing of formwork (civil engineering and building) and temporary works (reinforced concrete, steel structure, wood)
• Technical assistance during the execution of works
• Surveys and measurements in tender, execution, or reconciliation phases
• Use of drones (surveys, orthophoto)
• Preparation of data for placements (total stations, GPS rods) and machine guidance
• Occasional support to site teams (specific placement or survey, measurements)

You bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering or diploma in Construction Management and/or Federal Certificate of Foreman or any other equivalent title
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or in the field of cost studies, ideally in Switzerland
• Rigour and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and synthetic thinking
