We look forward to meeting you! <br/><br/>Your main tasks:<br/><br/>* Preparing and performing preventive maintenance on all technical systems including annual maintenance planning<br/>* Regular rounds, inspections, and measurements <br/>* Accompanying and supervising third-party companies<br/>* Performing minor repairs and relocations<br/>* Processing maintenance tickets, technical statistics, orders, invoices, and lists<br/>* Occasional Saturday assignments (approx. 1x per month)<br/><br/><br/>Your profile:<br/><br/>* Completed technical training with a federal certificate (EFZ)<br/>* Several years of professional experience in building technology, ideally in electrical engineering<br/>* Good PC skills and enjoyment in working with various internal tools<br/>* Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form<br/>* High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style<br/>* Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)<br/><br/><br/>Ready for us?
