- Connaissances solides en administration de projets et techniques du bâtiment.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et un bon sens de la communication.

Technical Coordinator (a) 100%- Organise technical activities (HVAC maintenance)
- Control and monitor operational activity
- Support and follow up on monthly maintenance activity
- Act as the contact person for client managers in the Banking sector
- Plan the work of concierges and technicians
- Prepare and provide internal documents and for audits
- Initiate and ensure the follow-up of small projects
- Participate in a rota for on-call service
- Ensure administrative follow-up, including reporting of activities carried out on behalf of the client (KPI)
- Federal VET Diploma in building technology (heating, sanitation, electricity) or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge in building technology and project management
- Experience in team management
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Comfortable with administrative tasks
- Strong customer orientation, good team spirit
- Flexible regarding travel
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence required, clean criminal record
