Job Description

• Your area of responsibility includes the management of interesting properties in the residential and commercial real estate sector
• You are responsible for the acceptance of premises, planning advertisements as well as the rental of apartments and properties
• You independently and competently monitor the rental contracts
• Furthermore, you oversee minor renovations before and during the rental period; telephone contact with owners/tenants/companies etc. rounds off your versatile role

We expect

• Practical experience in property management
• Experience in the area of condominium and co-ownership is an advantage
• Commercial basic training with further education in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with a federal professional certificate is an advantage)
• Personal responsibility and good team spirit
