we are looking from May for a motivated, knowledgeable, interested Chef de Partie with experience in the Gault Millau kitchen
You have professional competence and love your profession with passion.
You are team- and customer-oriented, and enjoy working independently.
You have completed training as a cook with 2-3 years of experience in all stations in the creative, seasonal fresh kitchens / guild. Besides your professional competence, you are a key support of the kitchen team. In hectic times, you keep an overview and your professionalism. Besides your creativity and enthusiasm for the profession of cook, you are characterized by joy in working with regional products and quality-oriented actions and thinking.
You are a team player and work hand in hand with the kitchen team.
Language: Good German, English
