Your tasks
- Plan the annual curricula of continuing education programmes
- Manage registrations, verify admission documents and prepare study contracts, regulations, class lists, etc.
- Handle requests and follow up with participants
- Monitor deadlines and receive pre- & post-course assignments
- Provide administrative support for certificate/diploma work or final projects
- Follow up with speakers (reminder emails, course materials, etc.)
- Prepare summaries of course evaluations
- Work in collaboration with the communications department to regularly update the website and communication materials, including specific content for continuing education social media, as well as information sessions
- Design and distribute newsletters to continuing education participants
- Prepare and manage events related to continuing education (graduation ceremonies, networking activities integrated into the curriculum and with alumni)
Desired profile
- Higher diploma in administration/organisation (Bachelor in business administration or equivalent training)
- Extensive professional experience in a similar field
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently and in a team: collaborative spirit, ease in establishing effective exchanges, versatility and initiative
- Writing skills and ability to coordinate projects
- Ability to analyse, synthesise and process data
- Proficiency in IT and administrative tools (MS Office) and ability to learn new platforms
- Interest in adult education and ease in interacting with diverse audiences
- Fluent in French or German with very good knowledge of English (minimum C1)
