Your Role:

Consultation and Sales: Active customer advice on our telecommunications products, mobile phone contracts, smartphones and accessories
Customer Retention: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through personalised advice and excellent service
Product Presentation: Presentation of new products and special promotions
Contract Closures: Conducting contract closures and advising on tariff options and additional services
Cash Register Duties: Processing payment transactions and administrative tasks
Goal Orientation: Achieving sales targets and actively contributing to revenue growth
Merchandise Care and Presentation: Ensuring an appealing and tidy merchandise presentation

Your Profile:

- Initial experience in sales, ideally in telecommunications or retail
- Enthusiasm for telecommunications products and technical innovations
- Friendly and professional demeanour as well as a strong service orientation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent working style and ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends or evenings
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
