Job Description
Your missions
- Define and communicate the architecture vision for AI, applications, data, and security.
- Make key decisions at the tenant level: choice of tools, data residency, security posture.
- Develop and maintain an LLM playbook: model selection criteria, governance, cost and consumption tracking.
- Design reference blueprints for conversational AI (Copilot Studio), agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), and RAG pipelines.
- Standardize practices: prompts, grounding patterns, telemetry, and evaluation criteria (quality, security, performance).
- Translate business needs into complete solutions: integration, data contracts, deployment strategy.
- Support delivery teams (AI engineers, Power Platform, etc.) and ensure component reusability.
- Architect Power Platform Core: environments, DLP, connectors, ALM, identity, and access.
- Co-design the operational model of the Center of Excellence for citizen development.
- Implement AI safeguards: content filters, grounding policies, jailbreak mitigation, bias/equity checks.
- Define incident playbooks and integrate observability (tracing, feedback, monitoring).
- Mentor and promote a "framework-first" culture: documentation, reuse, quality.
Qualifications
- Architecture leadership: 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or AI architecture, with production deliveries.
- AI and ML expertise: Azure AI/OpenAI, Copilot Studio, RAG pipelines, vector stores, prompt engineering.
- Application architecture & integration: Azure Cloud, APIs, events, security.
- Power Platform & Citizen Development: governance, Dataverse, ALM, environment strategy.
- Responsible AI: implementation of controls (security, monitoring, red/blue teaming, bias/equity).
- Excellent communication: ability to influence and collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business teams.
Additional Information
Additional assets:
- Experience with agentic frameworks (BMAD), MCP/A2A integrations, human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Observability for LLM systems (feedback loops, telemetry).
- Relevant certifications (Azure Architect, Power Platform Architect).
