Are you looking for a responsible role with regular shifts, direct customer contact, and a strong team in the background?
For the logistics service of a renowned, highly frequented retail and service location in Rothenburg (LU) and Lyssach (BE), we are seeking reliable and responsible security specialists from August 2026 or by arrangement.
The deployment takes place in a regulated two-shift model with working hours from approx. 03:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 23:00. Sundays are generally free.
Your tasks
Monitoring and operation of the most modern security, alarm, and surveillance systems
Conducting control, locking, and intervention rounds
Ensuring regulated access management and carrying out visitor checks
Professional handling of alarm notifications, malfunctions, and emergency situations
Support and coordination during evacuations and incidents in the area of fire safety
Participation in traffic control, events, and special services
Comprehensive reporting as well as preparation of meaningful documentation and incident reports
Your profile
Swiss citizen or C permit with impeccable reputation
Minimum age 25 years
Experience in security services; completed security training is an advantage
Training in first aid and fire protection
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Neat appearance as well as pronounced service and customer orientation
High resilience, reliability, and sense of responsibility
Independent, solution-oriented, and discreet working style
Impeccable reputation and impeccable manners
