About the job
You are completing training to become a diploma nursing specialist HF with a focus on psychiatry and are looking for an exciting employment opportunity? You will complete your academic training at the Bern Education Centre for Nursing and the practical training in one of our three clinics: child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, as well as the centre for psychiatric rehabilitation. We offer you a solid, structured training and support you in your learning process!
Your tasks
- You care for and support our patients individually and according to the latest findings under the guidance of diploma nursing specialists
- You take co-responsibility for achieving your training goals and are accompanied in your learning process by experienced trainers
- You work in a motivated and interdisciplinary team
- You professionally shape relationship processes and communicate appropriately to the situation
- You engage with the promotion and development of your own personality
Your profile
- You have a secondary level II qualification (EFZ, FMS, gymnasial Matura)
- You have attended an information event at BZP and are looking for an employing organisation for the HF training, focus psychiatry, employment
- You are sociable and meet people with respect and appreciation
- You have a quick grasp, are conscientious and quality-conscious
