Plumber with Leadership Skills
Responsibilities
- Control and execution of plumbing installations from small to large projects in residential, industrial and commercial buildings
- Ensure commissioning including adjustment of new systems
- Leadership and guidance of installation teams on various construction sites
- Responsibility for material-related orders at the respective sites
- Support and representation of the project manager at construction meetings as needed
Requirements
- Solid experience as a plumber with leadership skills
- High sense of responsibility in managing construction sites and teams
- Team-oriented working style in a family-like environment
- Willingness to train and support apprentices
- Communication skills for close collaboration with project management
