What is my role?

• You continuously develop the equipment catalogue and maintain both proven and newly defined standards

• You establish a structured process through which new equipment and production standards are systematically introduced, ensuring their sustainable establishment

• You standardise technical documents in equipment construction and keep them up to date

• You are responsible for maintaining and continuously optimising the standard material list

• You take on the professional responsibility for defined standard production machines such as presses

• You initiate standardisation projects aimed at measurably increasing quality and efficiency, and lead these independently

• You conduct internal training sessions and workshops, actively contributing to embedding a company-wide standardisation culture

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed a technical education – for example in mechanical engineering or a comparable field – and are motivated to continuously expand your know-how

• You want to actively shape technical standards and thereby have a direct impact on production quality and efficiency improvements

• You enjoy thinking and working in a practical manner and feel at home in an industrial environment where innovation and clear structures work together

• You are ready to take responsibility – both in projects and as a competent contact person for colleagues from different departments

• You enjoy sharing your knowledge, accompanying professional discussions, and developing viable solutions as part of a team

• You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level) and appreciate working in international teams
