Your main tasks
- You are the first point of contact in our laboratory. Whether by phone or email – you answer questions, take reorders, and ensure that results reach our customers on time
- You keep track of the mail. Incoming and outgoing shipments, especially laboratory samples and orders, first arrive with you and are reliably processed by you
- You assist with sample collection and ensure that all samples are properly prepared for analysis
- You bring order to the laboratory and ensure that everything is always in its right place in the lab
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or comparable qualification
- Experience in laboratory work is an advantage
- Organizational talent and ability to work in a team
- Independent and precise way of working
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to take on shifts on weekends and public holidays

In the Laboratory for General Analytics of the Institute for Clinical Chemistry, more than 2,000 orders are processed per day, corresponding to about 10,000 different analyses. The diagnostic service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
