- Ensure reliable and efficient technical operations
- Plan and coordinate maintenance, servicing, and repair work
- Assist in analysing and resolving technical faults
- Participate in technical optimisation and investment projects
- Coordinate internal staff as well as external specialist partners
- Support the leadership and development of the technical team
- Optimise workflows and technical processes
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements
- Take on additional organisational and leadership-related tasks
- Gradually expand the scope of responsibility with a long-term perspective towards a technical leadership role
- Several years of professional experience in a technical, industrial, or comparable environment
- Solid technical understanding and strong practical skills
- Experience in coordinating staff or technical tasks
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Technical further training is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Sense of responsibility and initiative
- Assertiveness as well as good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
