Your tasks

• You are responsible for the nursing process of the patients assigned to you, based on the nursing models applied at Klinik Lengg
• You supervise and support our HF students and FaGe apprentices in the role of trainer
• Within the framework of an LAG concept, you independently promote practice-oriented education and are responsible for the qualification process
• You competently care for and support our patients in an interprofessional treatment team consisting of therapists, doctors, and logistics staff

Your profile

• You have successfully completed studies as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
• You are passionate about vocational training, enjoy sharing your knowledge, and bring the necessary sensitivity and social skills in dealing with students and apprentices
• Further training as a trainer SVEB or willingness to complete it
• You are a resilient, communicative, and open personality and enjoy working in a team
• You demonstrate high social competence in dealing with patients and their relatives
• Good organisational talent and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration complete your profile
