Clerk: Revenue Management / Invoicing

About the job

Start on 1 January 2027 as

• You manage patient data in SAP IS-H and post services via invoice workflow to outpatient cases
• You check and invoice outpatient and inpatient services correctly according to tariffs and process invoice rejections
• You handle internal and external, telephone as well as written enquiries and prepare cost estimates for elective surgeries and procedures
• You process MCD requests and special cases and communicate independently with insurance companies and authorities 

• A commercial training with experience in healthcare or a completed basic medical training
• Good Excel skills and ideally experience in SAP-R/3, knowledge of Italian and English is a plus
• Professional experience in invoicing or revenue management, preferably in a hospital environment or healthcare
• A resilient, flexible and independent personality who works precisely and autonomously
