Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (fixed-term for 6 months)
Activities
- Manufacturing precision parts according to technical drawings and 3D models
- Creating, adjusting and optimising CNC programmes
- Setting up machines and carrying out production runs
- Quality inspection of components using measuring instruments
- Preparation of tools and operating materials
- Continuous improvement of processes as well as simple maintenance work
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- Experience in CNC turning and/or milling
- Knowledge of CAM as well as controls (Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens)
- Experience with measuring instruments and quality assurance
- Independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Team player, flexible and open to new technologies
