Your Tasks

• Production of hard caramels according to production specifications from preparation to shaping
• Operation, monitoring and maintenance of production equipment
• Carrying out quality controls as well as GMP-compliant documentation in SAP
• Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and product safety standards
• Detecting and reporting malfunctions as well as actively participating in continuous process improvement

Your Profile

• Completed training as a food technologist or in the food sector
• Experience in a GMP-regulated production environment as well as a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with production equipment
• Good German and PC skills, ideally with SAP experience as well as basic knowledge of Lean Management (5S/KVP)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasional Saturday work
