- Experience in contract and project management is ideal.
- Fluency in both German and French is preferred.

What you can achieve with us
- You are, together with the team, the central contact point for internal and external bodies in the field of vocational integration.
- You negotiate with our service providers for vocational integration and ensure reliable contract management including quality assurance.
- You check the quality of the services provided and conduct quality discussions with the responsible persons of the service providers and jointly define measures to improve quality.
- Your tasks are complemented by project-based handling of specific issues. They are very diverse and varied.
Which skills are important to us
- You have a tertiary education degree in Social Work or Business Administration.
- Ideally, you have experience in contract and/or project management.
- You are interested in quality management and the partnership-based collaboration with service providers of vocational integration.
- You know how to use social media purposefully and responsibly for information and networking.
- Self-responsibility and teamwork are not opposites for you.
- You enjoy working with digital tools and are interested in AI to make processes more efficient and smarter.
- We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the other language is desirable.
