The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department of Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and permissions. This includes, among other things, the implementation of the need-to-know principle, the recertification of roles and permissions, as well as the management of IAM tools such as Entra ID. In addition, the department manages the identities of contract partners and takes on tasks in the area of digital trust management.

Your tasks
- Developing advanced policies and concepts in the field of digital trust management as well as effectively monitoring their implementation
- Creating technical concepts and solutions in the area of trust services (e.g., HSM, PKI, credentials, secrets), as well as independently supporting internal and external audits
- Actively participating and professionally leading projects to further develop trust services
- Supporting and advising on the integration of systems into corresponding trust services
- Coordinating policies and initiatives with relevant stakeholders, including system owners and DevOps engineers of the trust services
Your profile
- Completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, university) or an equivalent further education
- Several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in the area of trust services, especially in key and certificate management or secret and credential management, ideally in a regulated environment
- Comprehensive understanding of trust infrastructures and cryptography as well as practical experience in developing and implementing corresponding security concepts
- Structured working style, analytical thinking skills, and strong communication abilities
- Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
