For our company Elexpert SA and in order to carry out electrical installation inspections for a varied clientele composed of individuals, companies, property managements, industries, and public authorities, we are looking for:

Electrical Safety Advisor 80-100%

Mission:

As an independent inspection body, we contribute daily to the safety of people and property by verifying the compliance of electrical installations according to the current legal and normative requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Independently carry out periodic, acceptance, and site inspection controls according to the OIBT in the Neuchâtel, Jura, and Bernese Jura regions.
• Verify the compliance of electrical installations and identify any non-conformities.
• Prepare inspection reports, measurement protocols, and safety reports.
• Inform owners, operators, and installers of detected defects and corrective measures to be implemented.
• Ensure, in collaboration with the secretariat, the administrative follow-up of files until their closure.
• Advise clients on issues related to electrical safety and current regulations.
• Participate in the development of service quality and maintain a high level of technical competence.
• Maintain trusting relationships with various sector partners.

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrician installer, electrical planner, or equivalent training, complemented by a Federal Diploma as Electrical Safety Advisor.
• Experience in electrical installation inspection and solid experience in the electrical installation field.
• Excellent knowledge of current standards and regulations (OIBT, NIBT).
• Ability to work independently and in an organised manner.
• Good writing skills for preparing technical reports.
• Service-oriented, diplomatic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Category B driving licence.
