Sales Manager Home & Living (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Leadership of directly subordinate department managers and specialist sales staff
- Presence on the sales floor and active work with employees as well as customers
- Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees
- Exhibition planning and setup according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
- Frequency-oriented employee deployment planning
- Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with branch management and purchasing
- Responsibility for achieving targets in the exhibition area you are responsible for along defined KPIs
You bring with you

- Solid experience in retail
- Range and product knowledge in the areas of decoration, home textiles and household items
