We are looking for a Night Shift Team Leader (Tertiary Qualified Nurse), m/f/d, 60-80% workload, starting July 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
You will take on the tasks, competencies, and responsibilities of a qualified nurse. You will use your expertise as a support within the team and are proficient in German both spoken and written (B2 level). You plan, define, and monitor the care processes. You lead a team of 5 employees and prepare the duty roster. You maintain the care documentation carefully and conscientiously. You are accustomed to working independently and enjoy working late and night shifts.
Your Profile
You have a solid professional qualification as a tertiary qualified nurse. Independent work with and for people is important to you. You act as a professional and socially competent role model and are committed to the further development of your area. You are proficient with common IT programmes and your German is stylistically confident.
