Production Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Leadership and development of employees in production
• Planning and control of production orders
• Participation in production
• Preliminary work planning including tool procurement
• Responsibility for quality, productivity and delivery reliability
• Representation of the managing director
• Ensuring and compliance with occupational safety

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic and several years of experience
• Further training as a technician HF or production manager is an advantage
• Experience in preliminary work planning is an advantage
• Proactive, decisive and solution-oriented working style
• Quick and precise development and implementation of solutions
• Possess very good oral and written communication skills
