In the idyllic landscape of the Glarus region lies our renowned Braunwald Rehabilitation Clinic. We focus on the treatment of people with psychiatric and psychosomatic illnesses. Your tasks
- Cleanliness and laundry care: You actively work in cleaning and in our internal laundry.
- Processes: You assist in optimising internal work processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from various departments and contribute to a positive working atmosphere. Respectful interaction and mutual support are natural to you. Communication in daily work is conducted in German.
- Alternative assignments: You occasionally take on garden work as needed, support the Technical Department with project work, and transport laundry with the electric vehicle between the main building and the laundry.
Your profile
- Experience: Professional experience in cleaning and/or laundry is an advantage.
- Driving licence: A valid category B driving licence is mandatory.
- Language: You have good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at level B2. German is the common working language in our team.
- Willingness to work: You are prepared to step in flexibly in case of staff shortages and to stay longer if necessary during increased workloads to ensure that tasks are reliably completed.
- Professional appearance: You have a neat appearance and present yourself to guests and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Personality: You are service-oriented and communicate in a friendly, respectful, and solution-focused manner. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you work reliably, independently, and flexibly, maintaining an overview even in challenging situations.
