About the Position
At our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor controls and inverter systems. This makes an important contribution to a more efficient and sustainable industry, mobility, and energy supply. As an operator, you will operate and monitor our modern production equipment and ensure that production orders are carried out professionally and in accordance with the applicable guidelines. In our highly integrated Industry 4.0 manufacturing environment, you can expect a technically demanding workplace where you can apply your skills and continuously develop yourself.
What You Can Achieve
- Operating and monitoring production equipment in the BiMOS Backend area
- Executing production orders according to the applicable work instructions and process specifications
- Ensuring quality and safety requirements as well as compliance with the specified processes
- Carefully recording and documenting production data
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of production workflows and processes
- Supporting the achievement of production targets and ensuring smooth production operations
